Orientations titled “The Things To Know About Summer Internship” was held for students who will do internships this summer at Istanbul Gelisim University (IGU), Faculty of Fine Arts (GSF), Interior Architecture and Environmental Design (Tr&Eng)and Interior Architecture Departments on 11 May 2023 between 12.00-13.00 for Turkish departments, and between 13.00-14.00 for English department.

In summary, the difference between office and construction site internship, things to consider in finding an internship, things to consider in the application form, things to do during the internship, things to consider when filling out the internship book, and the things to be considered about the delivery of the internship book after the end of the internship was explained by Res. Asst. Merve Karadaban for the Architecture and Environmental Design and Interior Architecture Departments, and Res. Asst. İbrahim Erol for the Interior Architecture and Environmental Design (Eng.) The department taught the students.

Students asked questions about the internship

While the students were given a wide range of information about the internship, accompanied by the Turkish presentation prepared for the Turkish departments and the English presentations prepared for the English department, the students asked many questions they were curious about the internship to the instructors in the internship commission. The students, who were informed about the internship application processes and what to do during and after the internship, learned all the stages for the internships that they will start with at the end of the 2022-2023 Spring Term and cleared the question marks in their minds.
