As the Faculty of Fine Arts at Istanbul Gelişim University, our mission is to educate each of our students as qualified individuals who possess the principles and values ​​of contemporary world art, can think creatively and originally, and can produce works that shape the future with a spirit of leadership. We aim for our students to master the knowledge and philosophy of the works they produce; to see change and development as an indispensable part of their lives; and to become individuals who are committed to science and technology, have developed problem-solving skills, and are adaptable to teamwork.

Strategic Focus and Sustainability
 
In the 2024-2028 period, in line with the "Pursuing Innovation in Art" approach, integrating current technologies such as digital arts, artificial intelligence, and virtual reality into our educational goals is among our priorities. Simultaneously, with the vision of "Pursuing Continuity in Art," the goal is to develop sustainable methods specific to each discipline and to incorporate environmentally friendly art practices into curricula. In this regard, the aim is to increase societal benefit through social responsibility projects and sustainability-themed events.
