 Meeting held with RTC Department and external stakeholder Sahneport!
A meeting was held between Istanbul Gelişim University (IGU), Faculty of Fine Arts (FFA), Radio, Television and Cinema Department and its external stakeholder Sahneport.

The meeting, chaired by Asst. Prof. Dr. Emre Doğan, Head of Radio, Television and Cinema Department, was attended by Deputy Head of Department Asst. Prof. Dr. Rabiya Saltik, Res. Asst. Okan Kırbacı, Arda Yeniköylüoğlu from the Film Design Club, Orhan Kerem Kartal, Yaren Safa, Kerem Gökay, Melis Çevik and department representative Melek Kardelen Alim. The scope and terms of the cooperation to be made between Sahneport and the Radio, Television and Cinema Department were discussed at the meeting, where Halim Ercan, the founder of Sahneport, attended.

When the officials of the Radio, Television and Cinema Department and Sahneport came together, both stakeholders talked about their own activities and plans; then, the targeted production partnership between Sahneport and the Radio, Television and Cinema Department and the role that the students of the department will take in this partnership were mentioned. It was stated that the plans, which were positively received by the department, would be finalized after consultation with the rectorate and dean's office. The meeting ended with a promise to hold another meeting with Sahneport in January/February and a "Masters" event.
