Istanbul Gelisim University (IGU), Faculty of Fine Arts (FFA), Radio, Television and Cinema Department’s Masters event series guest was Ezel Akay.

The Faculty of Fine Arts, Radio Television and Cinema Department and in partnership with the Film Design Club, Masters Event series previously hosted the experienced names of the sector such as Bülent Sağlam and Ercan Kesal. The guest of the Masters' event was Ezel Akay, an experienced producer, director and actor.

The event, which took place at Firnas Auditorium, attracted great attention. Moderated by Asst. Prof. Ali Kemal Çipe, Ezel Akay explained his experiences in the sector. In the scenario stage of a film, what should be considered before the meeting with the producer, how the director should be prepared for the film, how to succeed in the sector, such as the skills should be developed on the subjects of his thoughts on the subjects of his own cinema in Turkish cinema shared his comments. Akay, who touched upon the difference between musical cinema and cinema with music and shared his views on historical films, answered the questions of the students.

Following the question and answer section, Asst. Prof. Ali Kemal Çipe presented a plaque by expressing his gratitude to Ezel Akay. After the photo shoot, the event ended.
