F Art Gallery, which operates in a wide range of fields such as painting, porcelain, ceramics, jewelry and decoration, and brings together many artists and designers with art lovers, continues its existence as a multi-purpose artistic activity center where personal/group exhibitions, galleries and trainings are held. The guest of the gallery, which has hosted many artists, this time was Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Özel, a lecturer at Istanbul Gelişim University (IGU), Faculty of Fine Arts, Graphic Design Department (GRA). Ozel's new solo exhibition "Duyargalar" can be viewed from October 5 to November 12, 2022 at F Art Gallery in Nişantaşı between 16:00-20:00.

“My Paintings are Compositions Aimed at Understanding People”

Specializing in the points he describes in his paintings and especially in his compositions, the master painter Özel said, “my paintings are; They are compositions aimed at understanding and sanctifying man, his rituals, beliefs, nature, environment, and the objective or non-objective values ​​that bring him into existence. He talked about the contents of his works in the “Duyargalar” exhibition.

“Man and All Creatures are Sacred Entities”

Master painter Özel, talking about the starting point of his works, says “human and all creatures; They are sacred formations that carry the seeds of existence of creation and are connected to their surroundings by visible or invisible sensory networks.” He emphasized that the main source of inspiration is “existence”, therefore, human and all the characteristics of human beings, as is the case with artists in all branches of art.

Expressing that he is very excited and happy for his solo exhibition, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Özel added that he invites all art lovers to see his personal exhibition "Duyargalar".
