 New Article by Asst. Prof. Dr. Erdem Çağla: "MBE Style in Illustration Art"
The article titled "MBE Style in Illustration Art" by Asst. Prof. Dr. Erdem Çağla, a faculty member at Istanbul Gelişim University (IGU), Faculty of Fine Arts (FFA), Graphic Design Department, was published in the 3rd volume, 2nd issue of the art and design magazine Art/icle.

The article focuses on Çağla's in-depth analysis and research on the MBE style in illustration art. Asst. Prof. Dr. Erdem Çağla discusses this style in detail in his article and offers a comprehensive understanding to students, academics, and art lovers. Although many studies have been done on the conceptual framework of illustration art and the types of illustration, MBE style, a new illustration style that is not included in the literature, and the drawings created with this style are examined. In this study, which aims to eliminate this deficiency identified in the field of graphic design, MBE style, its connections with minimalism, and flat design concepts are examined, and in this context, the definition, features, and usage areas of the style are discussed in detail with visual examples.
