Students of Istanbul Gelisim University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts have been trained on “Knife and Cutlery” at the seminar organized within the scope of course titled “Cooking Techniques”.
Turkey’s leading brand Pirgi, gave a two hours seminar to the gastronomy students. General Manager of Pirge Tankut Paçacı and Chef Sadık Doğan met with the students of Faculty of Fine Arts Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, Applied School Gastronomy and Vocational School Cookery department in the seminar organized by Lecturer İbrahim Levent Demirçakmak. During the seminar, information on the knife types, knife handling techniques and the preservation of the knives were presented.
