 Cooking Techniques Course with Chef Batu Anlı

“Cooking Techniques” course was applied together with the students of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Istanbul Gelisim University and Koza Gıda, a prominent company in the industry.
The event was realized with the participation of Chef Batu Anlı and students cooked dishes from world cuisines. Koza Gıda Company helped the students of Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts to have fun moments.
