The students of Istanbul Gelisim University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Cinema and Television Department have attended the panel named “Cinma and Festivals as an Industry” within the scope of Sixth Boğaziçi Film Festival under the guidance of Department Head Associate Professor Dr. M. Sevtap Aytuğ.

Answers to questions such as: “What are the expectations of Turkish viewers from the festivals? Do we need festivals that support the production of films for festivals?”were evaluated at the panel, which was moderated by Emrah Kılıç, while the speakers were Erkan Durdu (Deputy Director General of TRT). Serdar Öztürk (TRT Academy Magazine Editorial Board Member), Assoc. Dr. Hasan Bozgeyikli (Erciyes University), Zeynep Atakan (Producer), Ahmet Mumtaz Taylan (Actor).
