 A Panel Titled “Women Employment and Women's Role in Society” Was Held as Part of March 8 International Women's Day!

The panel titled “Women Employment and Women's Role in Society” organized by Istanbul Gelişim University (IGU), Faculty of Fine Arts (FAF) took place online on Wednesday, March 8 via Google Meet.
Organized by Istanbul Gelisim University (IGU), Faculty of Fine Arts (FAF), the panel titled “Women Employment and Women's Role in Society” was held online on Google Meet on Wednesday, March 8, between 11.00-13.00 with the participation of our graduate students. Ayşe Aksu, a graduate of the Graphic Design Department, Selin Sakman, a graduate of the Radio, Television, and Cinema Department, and Ruken Göngör, a graduate of the Interior Architecture and Environmental Design Department, participated in the panel. The panel event covering women's employment and the role of women in society was held with the intense participation of students and faculty members.

“Women's visibility in business life is increasing day by day”

Ayşe Aksu, who works as a Graphic Designer at Digitalcake Digital Agency, Selin Sakman who works as a Reji Broadcast Operator at NTV, Doğuş Broadcasting Group, and Ruken Güngör, who works as a firm owner and interior designer at RGM Design, shared their experiences on being a woman in business life. Expressing their opinion that the visibility of women in business life is increasing day by day, the participants shared examples from their working lives on the role of women in society and their presence in business life. The panel activity, in which the students showed great interest, ended with questions and opinions.
