The department orientation organized by the Department of Interior Architecture and Interior Architecture Environmental Design (Eng.) took place on October 2 at 15.30 at Block K, 14th Floor. The orientation started with the opening speech of Asst. Prof. Dr. Parvin Heidari, Head of the Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design (Eng.). Following department head Parvin Heidari's wishes for success for the students and academic staff for the 2023-2024 academic year, the Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design (Eng.) continued with the introduction of the department by Deputy Head of Department Lecturer Dr. İbrahim Erol. During the orientation, department students were given very important information about the department's grading system, exam system and the systems to be used. Afterwards, the orientation ended with the introduction of the department faculty members Lecturer Dr. Enver Tatlısu, Lecturer Serenay İnceoğlu, Lecturer İlkay Beril Ünlü and Res. Asst. Mustafa Dallı.

Emphasizing that orientation meetings are very important in terms of accelerating the adaptation of students to university education, Erol said, “At the orientation meeting we held; We accelerated our students' adaptation to undergraduate education by providing information about student processes.” He stated that he was grateful to all the academic staff and students who participated and that he would inform the students by holding orientations on different topics in the future. In addition, department research assistant Mustafa Dallı, who introduced himself to the department students and answered the messages from the students about the department, said, “We are very excited and happy. As a newly established department, we are very pleased with the increase in the number of our students, the interest of our students, and our increasingly stronger staff.” He said that he was happy with the participation of the students and the questions they received.
