Our Academic Staff Is Expanding!

The Department of Interior Architecture, which is the third most populous department in terms of the number of students in the Faculty of Fine Arts, continues to expand its academic staff in the spring term. After Lecturer Işın Hacıibrahimoğlu was included in the staff, the Department of Interior Architecture continues to progress rapidly towards its goal of accommodating faculty members from different fields of expertise, with its teaching staff reaching 8 and eight teaching staff. Lecturer Işın Hacıibrahimoğlu will be the director of Green Building Design, Design Studio and Human and Space Relations IV courses at the Interior Architecture and Interior Architecture and Environmental Design Departments.

Participated in Many Projects at Home and Abroad

Lecturer Işın Hacıibrahimoğlu, who completed her undergraduate and graduate education at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Ankara Marmara Hotel, Military Academy Simulation Center, Kazakhstan National Museum and Culture Center, Kazakhstan Twin Towers, Russia Gasprom Gas Company Administration Building Decoration Bursa Korupark Residence Complex, Kemer Country He took part in many domestic and international architectural and interior architectural projects such as Houses Application Projects, Kemer Country Village Market Design and Application Project Coordination, Gas Station-Restaurant in Giresun, Primary School Project in Ömerli.

“I Never Felt A Stranger”

Lecturer Işın Hacıibrahimoğlu, who joined the staff of Istanbul Gelişim University for the first time in 2016, stated that she did not feel like a stranger in the sincere and respectful, innovative and progressive social environment of the university during her tenure. After taking a short break during the Pandemic Period, he stated that he was very happy to be here again in the 2022-2023 Spring Term. Hacıibrahimoğlu expressed his feelings, “I hope that I can open new horizons for our students from a new window.” emphasized by his words. Finally, he thanked the esteemed administrators and faculty members for being at Istanbul Gelişim University again.
