The Registration Process Begins
Candidates who have gained the right to enroll in a program through YKS will complete their registration procedures between
September 1 – 5, 2025. Electronic registrations will be carried out via e-Government between
September 1 – 3, 2025.
Required Documents
The basic documents to be requested from students during registration are as follows:

Original high school diploma or lost diploma document

Original identity card (it will be checked and returned)

For candidates who have not yet graduated: “document of not having graduated”

For candidates already registered at another higher education institution: certified copy of high school diploma and student certificate
Provisional registrations will be made for candidates who have not yet completed their graduation. Candidates who do not submit their graduation certificates by
December 31, 2025 (for Open Education
January 30, 2026) will have their registrations canceled.
Tuition and Scholarship Information

No fee will be charged from students who have gained the university with full scholarship.

Students who have been placed in paid or discounted quotas will make their payments according to the methods specified on the pre-registration screen.
Important Information

Students under the age of 18 must carry out the registration process together with their mother or father.

In case the student is not present, persons with a notarized power of attorney may carry out the registration process.

Candidates who graduated in 2008 or earlier will not be able to register electronically; they must apply to our university in person with their documents.

It is not possible to register for two formal (on-campus) programs at the same time.
Military Procedures
The military deferment rights of male candidates who have been placed in a program as a result of YKS will be preserved. The registrations of candidates whose deferment period has ended will be frozen, and they will be allowed to continue their education after completing their military service.
