-
The internship report must be completed digitally. Handwritten reports will not be accepted.
-
Each working day must be described in at least one full paragraph.
-
A formal and academic writing style should be used. Passive voice is preferred (e.g., “was observed,” “was applied,” “was completed”).
-
Avoid first-person singular expressions such as “I did,” “I drew,” “I saw.”
-
Visual materials (photos, drawings, screenshots, etc.) should be properly attached to the relevant day’s entry (using staples or glue — paper clips are not recommended).
-
If there are digital files (e.g., design files), they can be burned to a CD and attached to the inside back cover of the report.
-
The final page, the "Internship Attendance Log Sheet," must be filled out completely, consistent with the report content, and signed daily by the internship supervisor.
-
The completed report must be printed and bound using spiral, spine, or hard cover methods. Reports in transparent folders or held together by staples will not be accepted.
