The Department of Radio, Television and Cinema has moved all internship procedures to a digital platform. Within this process, internship logbooks must be prepared electronically and uploaded to the system in PDF format. Handwritten or scanned documents will not be accepted. For each internship day, at least one paragraph of explanation is required, with work described in detail using an academic tone. A passive voice should be preferred, avoiding the use of the first-person narrative. The logbook content should also be enriched visually with photos, drawings, or screenshots supporting the tasks performed. Visuals must be placed immediately after the description of the relevant day.
The first page of the logbook must include the student’s name-surname, student number, year of study, and the name, address, and contact information of the host institution. An evaluation form completed by both the student and the institution must also be included, with the section designated for the internship committee left blank. Daily signatures in the logbook must be complete, and official holidays and Sundays are not to be counted as internship days.
Once all documents are completed, the logbook must be compiled into a single PDF file and uploaded to the OBIS system. Physical printouts, binding, or in-person submission will not be required. Internship logbooks containing incomplete or incorrect documents will not be considered for evaluation.
The application and logbook submission process can be tracked instantly through the “Application Status” tab on the OBIS system.
Through this digital transformation, students will be able to manage their internship processes more easily and efficiently, while also contributing to environmental sustainability by reducing paper usage.
