One of the academicians of the Radio, Television and Cinema department, Asst. Prof. Dr. Member Ali Kemal Çipe made explanations about the scope of applied education and how these courses are taught in the department:

“All the courses you will take in the Radio, Television and Cinema department of our university have been created as a result of careful study and preparation. The courses you will attend have been carefully prepared and added to our curriculum so that you can develop and make your dreams come true in this direction. Your theory and practical training aims to gain an artistic perspective and to gain sectoral knowledge in the field of cinema and television. In this context, the studies you will do in our practice courses are built on putting the knowledge and theoretical approaches you have acquired in your other courses into practice.

In the lessons we will be with you, you will improve your perspective on video while learning the intricacies of photography. When we teach the light lesson, our subject will not be just lighting. You will learn from a broad perspective from painting to photography and from there to cinema and apply it in your projects. When you start working on your short film, you will experience that developing your story is just as important as your shooting technique. With our film criticism course, perhaps you will first learn to criticize your own films and learn from criticism.

See you in the lessons we will be together…”
