 Jury Excitement of Interior Architecture Students!


Istanbul Gelişim University (IGU), Faculty of Fine Arts (FAF), Interior Architecture & Interior Architecture and Environmental Design Departments had an intense midterm jury process during the midterm week.


Istanbul Gelisim University (IGU), Faculty of Fine Arts (FAF), Interior Architecture & Interior Architecture and Environmental Design Departments; Interior Architecture Studio I, Interior Architecture Studio III, Interior Architecture Studio V, Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design; Interim juries of Design Studio I, Design Studio III, and Design Studio V courses took place. The lecturer,Asst. Prof. Dr. Parvin Heidari, Asst. Prof. Dr. Bulent Gunes, Asst. Prof. Dr. Hatice Özlem Yeşildal, Lect. Minel Kurtuluş, Lect. Tuba Fazlıağaoğlu, Lect. Hale Durmuş Ataş, Lect. Esra Büyükemir Karagöz, Lect. Cigdem Gok, Lect. İbrahim Erol, Lect. Büşra Babacan, Lect. Selcan Nurcan Keskin Urmak, Lect. Yusuf Taner Gültekin and Lect.Gökhan Duran took part in the interim juries as a jury member.
 
Students Presented Housing, Restaurant-Cafe and Cultural Center Projects
 
Interior Architecture Department students in the fall term of 2022-2023; Housing project in IMI 221 Interior Architecture Studio I and ICM 251 Design Studio, restaurant-cafe project in IMI 321 Interior Architecture Studio III and ICM 321 Design Studio III, cultural center projects in IMI 431 Interior Architecture Studio V and ICM 431 Design Studio V. performed. Within the scope of the interim juries, students were expected to present analysis sheets, concept sheets and material sheets, as well as 1/50 scale floor plans and sections.
 
Interior Architect Candidates Approaching the Profession Step by Step

Studio juries, in which our students approached the profession step by step as interior architect candidates and experienced this process practically, were completed with pleasure and excitement for both the lecturers of the courses and the students.
