The internship notebook can be filled out by hand or on a computer. If filled out by hand, "blue fountain/ballpoint pen" should be preferred.

The student should enter the information about which class's summer period the internship was done on the first page of the internship file. The workplace's address and contact information must be complete.

The "approved by" section on the "record sheet" page should be filled out by the internship site official with name, surname, position, date, signature, and stamp information.

When filling out the "record sheet" page, those doing their first internship should mark the 1st Group Internship box, and those doing their second internship should mark the 2nd Group Internship box.

Activities performed each workday should be explained in at least one paragraph (minimum 60 words).

Official expressions and sentences should be used in the writings.

Passive verbs should be preferred in sentences, for example: "was done," "was made."

Avoid using first-person singular suffixes like "I did," "I made" in sentences.

Visuals supporting the written explanations should be sufficient and placed following the related day.

Visuals can be glued or stapled to the internship notebook. They should not be attached with paper clips to avoid the risk of loss.

If there are digital visuals or files, they can be uploaded to a CD and stapled to the inside back cover of the internship diary.

The "trainee student attendance tracking chart" on the last page of the internship diary should be filled out in accordance with the dates inside the diary. If a mistake is made, the page should be redone. The page must include a signature and stamp at the bottom.

Each workday should have the authorized person's approval at the bottom of the page and on the trainee student attendance tracking chart.

The internship notebook should be printed and prepared as spiral-bound, hardcover, or bound. Methods like transparent folders or stapling are not accepted.

There should be no documents squeezed, protruding, or likely to fall out in the notebook, and the notebook should be submitted in a neat and orderly manner.
