The First of the Interior Architecture Trainings was Held with the Participation of Eylül Göbel!
The first of the "Interior Architecture Trainings" organized by the Interior Architecture and Interior Architecture and Environmental Design Departments was held on April 1, 2022 with the participation of Eylül Göbel.
The first of the Interior Architecture Trainings, by the Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design & Interior Architecture, with the support of the Interior Architecture Club, was held with the participation of Architect Eylul Göbel online on Google Meet on April 1, 2022, with the theme "Coloring Plans in Photoshop", at 19:00–21 pm.
The training started with Asst. Prof. Zerrin Funda ÜRÜK thanking Eylül Göbel for her contributions prior to the training. Then Eylül continued with Göbel introducing herself. Eylül Göbel, who completed her architecture major and interior architecture minor education in June 2021, continues her graduate education in the field of "Architectural Conservation". During her student life, Eylül Göbel took part in the management of many events while working as a concept consultant, graphic editor, PR team manager, assistant editor and trainer. He gives Autocad, Revit, Photoshop and Architectural Visualization Trainings in her own studio marStüdyo.
After Eylul Göbel introduced herself, she shared the drive link with the files that the participants could use during and after the training. Then she talked about the importance of the Photoshop program for interior architecture projects and the possibilities of the program. She talked about the main differences between Adobe Illustator and Adobe Photoshop CC, which are frequently used in interior architecture and architecture departments. She drew attention to the contribution of the pixel structure of Adobe Photoshop CC to the designs. She gave information about the layer system used while designing in Adobe Photoshop CC. Then she talked about the requirements for transferring the interior architectural plans to the program and painting them. She gave information about the shortcuts that can be used during these processes and will speed up the user. Then, she talked about what needs to be done in order to paint the building elements in the interior architectural plans in accordance with the drawing techniques and effectively. She drew attention to the requirements to convey the textures that should be given regarding the space design in the plan, in a way that would provide the correct and effective appearance in the plan.
The training, attended by 22 students, lasted for approximately 2 hours. Answering the questions of the students at the end of the training, Eylül Göbel talked about the importance of visual expression techniques in the interior architecture profession. When she started to work in the sector during and after her interior architecture education, she drew attention to the fact that the technique mentioned in the education was frequently used, and ended the education.
