 IGU Lateral Transfer Applications Continue!


Istanbul Gelisim University (IGU) lateral transfer applications have started. Applications will continue until 31 August 2022.


2022-2023 Academic Year Fall Semester Lateral Transfer Applications to our University will be made between 08 June 2022-31 August 2022. Students who will apply with Intra-Institutional, Inter-Institutional and International Transfer and Central Placement Score (Additional Article-1) do not need to come to our university.

Applications will be made electronically (online), and applications by cargo or in person will be accepted. Students whose lateral transfer applications are accepted must personally submit the originals of the current documents required for registration to the student affairs office during registration.

Required Documents for Application:

• Student Certificate (Document received via e-Government is accepted.)
• Document Indicating Discipline Status (It must be new dated and approved by the relevant institution. If the disciplinary status is stated on the transcript, no additional documents will be required.)
• ÖSYS Result Document (LYS Result Document) (ÖSYM web service result page printout can also be accepted.)
• ÖSYS Placement Document (ÖSYM web service result page printout can also be accepted.)
• Transcript (Newly dated and must be approved by the relevant institution.)
• Foreign Language Certificate of Achievement (For departments where education is given in a foreign language)
• 10% Success Status Certificate when Transitioning from Secondary Education to Normal Education with GANO

• Important Note: Students whose lateral transfer applications have been accepted must bring a “Document that there is no obstacle to transfer” from the university they are registered at during final registration.
• Important Note: In order for the adjustment process to be carried out, the students must submit the approved transcript (transcript) and the contents of the courses they have taken before, together with the application documents, to the relevant unit.
• Application procedures will be done online and you will be informed.
