Special talent entrance exams for prospective students who want to receive undergraduate education at Istanbul Gelişim University (IGU), Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Graphic Design continue face-to-face at Istanbul Gelişim University, Block K (Gelisim Tower).
Candidate students can take the exam on the specified day and time by paying the exam fees after making their pre-registration at
https://onkayit.gelisim.edu.tr/On_Kayit_Ozel_Yetenek.aspx. Prospective students can track their special talent entrance exam processes through the "Application Tracking" page on the application page. They can track by entering their ID number. Candidate students who are not citizens of the Republic of Turkey can contact the International Student Directorate of our university.
The points that candidates should pay attention to during the document upload phase and the information about the exam are as follows:
Prospective students should pay attention to whether the documents are in digital copy or scanned form when uploading documents to the pre-registration system. In the application where an up-to-date passport photo should be used, care should be taken to ensure that the contact information is up-to-date. In the special talent entrance exam, which consists of two sessions, it is studied on 35x50 papers. While all the materials used during the study are given by our university, it is possible for the candidates to bring their own materials.
The information regarding the announcement of the exam results is as follows:
The results of the exam are announced on the website the week following the special talent entrance exam. Candidates who have been successful according to the results of the exam gain the right to register.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR FINAL REGISTRATION
1. The original of the High School Diploma (Notarized copies will not be accepted)
2. Copy of Identity Card (provided that it is the original)
3. Certificate of Residence (Can be obtained from the headman's office or e-government)
4. 2 passport photos must have been taken within the last 6 months.
5. TYT Result Document
6. Military Status Certificate for Male Candidates
7. Payment Plan or Collection Receipt (To be taken from the Accounting or Bank)
8. Students over the age of 18 must come on their own or direct the person to whom they have given power of attorney from the notary public. When the power of attorney is confirmed, transactions can be made with a copy of the power of attorney, provided that the original is taken later. Without the student, parents will not be able to enroll.
9. The final registration is done by the Student Affairs Department.at A Block, -1 floor.
