The 2nd Global Gastro Economy Summit, organized by TURYID (Association of Tourism Restaurant Investors and Gastronomy Businesses), was held at Lütfi Kırdar Congress Center. The summit, which was held with the "Relationship of Gastronomy in Sustainable Development", has been a versatile and beneficial program for students.
The summit, attended by internationally renowned chefs and speakers, attracted great interest from students and academics from the world of tourism and gastronomy.
