1. Are any additional fees charged for practical courses?
Our university covers the equipment and materials required for practical courses. There are no additional fees charged to students.
2. Does everyone have their own special knife for practical courses?
Our kitchens are equipped with a variety of knives required for each practical course. If you prefer to use your own chef's knife, you can bring it with you.
3. Does the university provide chef jackets and aprons?
In the first year, chef jackets(with your name) are ordered collectively for interested students at their own expense.
4. Are there enough kitchens for practical courses?
Our university has a total of 4 kitchens across different campuses. Courses are conducted in suitable kitchens based on their capacities.
