Dear Students,
In our university, where each one of you took the first step with a different excitement, you are going to grow as very well-equipped, strong individuals both in your professional and private lives. This school, which stands as the final stop of your studies and efforts given for years, will explore all avenues for you to design your future with a solid background and become successful and skilled managers, chiefs, cooks and many other titles.
As the Gastronomy Department, we take as an objective to examine and preserve the World cuisines and Turkish culinary culture in an academic environment as well as to raise very well-equipped leading future gastronomy experts who have the capacity to represent the Turkish culinary culture and compete in the domestic and international arenas. Additionally, we’re aiming to raise our students as authorized, successful, leading chiefs and managers of the future, who know all the details of their professions as a totally professional member in team-working, which is a must in this profession, always committed to science and technology and have artistic, social and environmental sensitivity with the capacity to take their profession further.
To continue our way via solid steps with the first day’s enthusiasm and passion while we achieve our targets, in harmony and in the light of wisdom, science and technology; to see our students continuing their educational activities in peace and confidence while we prepare them for the future with an understanding far beyond the school environment is a value beyond all the success that our school has achieved so far. Throughout the duration of our educational activities, we always completed our steps timely, properly, efficiently and successfully and we always achieved our targets. This is the most important reason for us to have a school filled with achievements, successful students and graduates; our persistence and committed work. In this sense, I feel the pride of our achievements so far and I’d like to state that we will continue working on taking our further through commitment to our principles and values as well as to raise successful students.
