Within the framework of modern education, three new departments were opened in the 2015-2016 academic year, offering continuous opportunities for change and improvement, considering national and international dynamics, and offering our students the opportunity to study at international standards. With the addition of newly opened '' Interior Architecture and Environmental Design '', '' Cinema and Television '' and '' Gastronomy and Culinary Arts '' departments, the total number of undergraduate programs in our faculty has increased to 7. We provide theoretical and practical knowledge in a balanced manner in all undergraduate programs and preparations are underway for the opening of "Acting" and "Protection and Restoration of Cultural Assets" sections in the upcoming academic year.
"Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department", which is one of the undergraduate programs of the Faculty of Fine Arts of Istanbul Gelişim University, aims to promote Turkish culinary culture in an academic environment and to introduce it to the whole world besides its preservation and development.
In addition, our faculties offers to explore different experiences both in land and abroad with our exchange programs. Successful students can complete a part of their education at universities in Turkey and abroad for one or more semesters with national and international exchange programs such as Farabi, Mevlana and Erasmus.
