Istanbul Gelisim University (IGU) Faculty of Fine Arts (GSF) Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department students attended the Master Chef seminar with Alfredo Taboada.

He attended the master chef seminar accompanied by Emel Çirişoğlu, where Alfredo Taboada, the instructor chef of the Basque Culinary Center, was the guest.
Chef Alfredo Taboada gave important information to the participants about advanced culinary techniques and avant-garde cuisine. The training processes of the Basque Culinary Center, the famous Cookery School, were mentioned and many applications were made with modern techniques. After the tasting menus prepared for the participants, the students learned about the recipes of the products they tasted, world gastronomy, avant-garde cuisine and Basque Culinary Center from Chef Taboada.
