Istanbul Gelisim University (IGU) Faculty of Fine Arts (GSF) Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department students were given "Cost Management at Mado" training by Mado Education Manager Cem Karlı.
Students of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Inst. See. Within the scope of the "Cost Control in Food and Beverage Businesses" course given by Elif Zeynep Özer, they learned information about Mado's cost control and management from Mado Education Manager Cem Karlı and taught a pleasant lesson.
While the students learned about the details of Cafe & Restaurant management, they also had the opportunity to learn how the theoretical knowledge they learned in the course is carried out in businesses.
