 Career in Gastronomy? Tips from Executive Chef Soner Kesgin and Talent & Culture Director Burcu Ayöz


A conversation titled "Career in Gastronomy" was held with Fairmont Quasar Hotel Executive Chef Soner Kesgin and Talent Culture & Director Burcu Ayöz at the conference hall of Istanbul Gelisim University (IGU) Faculty of Fine Arts (GSF).


A conversation titled "Career in Gastronomy" was held with Fairmont Quasar Hotel Executive Chef Soner Kesgin and Talent Culture & Director Burcu Ayöz at the conference hall of Istanbul Gelisim University (IGU) Faculty of Fine Arts (GSF).
 
Instructor See. İ.Levent Demirçakmak, Lect. See. The event, which was organized jointly with E.Zeynep Özer and GastroArt Club, was held with the participation of the students of the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts and Cookery Program. Kesgin and Ayöz shared their experiences in the sector with the students and shed light on their career planning. They gave information to the students about what they should do for their own development and to advance in their profession during their 4-year education life.
 
In the pleasant conversation, the students of IGU received valuable information from two valuable names about which positions they can take on after graduation, and they were informed about the subjects they were curious about.
 
At the end of the talk, the Head of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department Dr. Instructor Member Murat Doğan to Chef Soner Kesgin, Lect. See. I. Levent Demirçakmak thanked Burcu Ayöz, Talent & Culture Director, and presented his plaques.
