We hosted Cenk Turna, one of the best in his field, coffee expert, at the Faculty of Fine Arts of our school under the leadership of Istanbul Gelişim University GastroArt Club.
Accompanied by the experiences and knowledge of Mr. Cenk, we had a long-term and useful conversation about coffee, both technical and historical. From time to time, he tested our knowledge and gave us important information about the journey of coffee and the right brewing techniques. He offered our students "ColdBrew", which he had prepared two days in advance, with cold brew for twenty hours. At the same time, he practically informed our students about various coffee brewing methods.
