 Sugar Dough Workshop was held with Chef Elif Çıtak


Students of Istanbul Gelişim University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department, Yaşar Holding Entegre Pazarlama A.Ş and Pınar products met with Chef-Instructor Pastry Specialist and Food Writer Elif Çıtak at the Sugar Dough Workshop.


 
Students of Istanbul Gelişim University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department, Yaşar Holding Entegre Pazarlama A.Ş and Pınar products met with Chef-Instructor Pastry Specialist and Food Writer Elif Çıtak at the Sugar Dough Workshop.
 
 
Asst. Prof. Dr. İsmail Hakkı Tekiner, Lecturer İbrahim Levent Demirçakmak and within the scope of the workshop organized by  Lecturer Murat Mutlu Tokay, Chef Elif Çıtak met with the 2nd year students of the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department.
 
Chef Elif Çıtak conducted theoretical and practical studies with students on sugar paste and the tools/equipment used in making boutique cakes, which have become popular in boutique cake manufacturing and require a separate specialization.
