Our kitchens have the variety of knives required for each practice lesson. If you want to have a special chef's knife of your own, you can provide your own knife and bring it with you.

In the first year, chef jackets (with their names written on them) are made for all students who want them in bulk for a fee.

Students who graduate from our internationally accredited department have an internationally valid diploma.
