Istanbul Gelisim University GastroArt Club students visited Iznik Olive House in Çamdibi village of Bursa Iznik.
The students, who learned about olives and olive oil at the Iznik Olive House, which was established to produce the pure, natural and healthiest olive and olive oil, later participated in the olive harvest. GastroArt family continued their tours in Bursa after the harvest by making gastro tours, tasted Iskender in a historical restaurant, and finally discovered the flavor of local milk halva, which belongs to Bursa, and completed their trip.
