Istanbul Gelişim University (IGU) Fine Arts Faculty (GSF) Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department hosted Avni Aktaş, the successful Pastry Chef of Onboard Catering Services.
Famous Pastry Chef Avni Aktaş conveyed the tricks of sweet tastes to the students.
Pastry Chef Avni Aktaş met with Gastronomy and Culinary Arts and Gastronomy students as part of a workshop. During the workshop where various desserts from the world cuisine were prepared, Chef Aktaş answered the questions of our students and shared the tricks of preparing desserts as well as sharing experiences.
Stating that they attach importance to bringing our students together with the chefs who have made a name for themselves with their success in the sector, Head of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Dr. Instructor Member Murat Doğan thanked Pastry Chef Avni Aktaş for his support for the workshop.
