Our student Batuhan Aysan will serve as a oderator at Marmara Impacthon!

To be held on April 18–19, 2026, at Marmara University Göztepe Campus Youth Office, Marmara Impacthon is a comprehensive ideathon aimed at developing innovative ideas in the fields of sustainability, circular economy, and environmental and social impact. The event is organized through collaborations between university clubs, non-governmental organizations, and private sector partners, and seeks to support young entrepreneurs and sustainability-driven projects.

Within the scope of the event, Batuhan Aysan will serve as a moderator, contributing to participants’ ideation processes and taking an active role in facilitating the program flow. With his work in sustainability and his projects that encourage youth participation in creative production processes, Aysan’s role in this event stands as a significant example of university students taking on active responsibilities in national-scale organizations.

Marmara Impacthon provides participants with opportunities to develop creative and feasible ideas across various domains such as food, energy, water, textiles, waste management, smart cities, and the circular economy, while also offering mentorship support and project development opportunities.

The role undertaken by Batuhan Aysan, a student of IGU FFA Department of Visual Communication Design, in this important organization represents a valuable development reflecting the university’s vision in the fields of sustainability and social impact.
