 The Seventh of the Stars in the Vision Interview Series was Held with the Title of Acting


The seventh of the Stars in Vision interview series organized by Istanbul Gelişim University (IGU) Fine Arts Faculty (FAF) Radio, Television and Cinema department was held with the participation of Buse Arslan under the title of Acting.


The seventh of the Stars in Vision interview series organized by Istanbul Gelişim University (IGU) Fine Arts Faculty (GSF) Radio, Television and Cinema department was held on 08.05.2021 with the title of Acting. Moderated by the head of the department, Asst. Prof. Dr. Önder Paker. Actress Buse Arslan was the guest of the interview.

Introducing Buse Arslan's works, series and films she has acted in, Asst. Prof. Dr. Önder Paker asked questions on topics such as how he started his acting career, the distinction between TV series and movie sets, and suggestions for those who want to become an actor. Buse Arslan, who is currently actively giving life to the character of Aygül Hatun in the TV series Establishment Osman, stated that she started acting with theater education, completed her master's degree in this field and developed her acting by taking roles in TV series while continuing her education. Commenting on the fact that his role in the Establishment Osman series, which is a big production job, requires many talents and skills, Asst. Prof. Dr. Önder Paker and other participants appreciated the success of Buse Arslan. Stating that he is trying to improve himself in every field, Arslan stated that he wants to continue his academic progress in this field while continuing his acting. Expressing that she is pleased to play strong female characters, Arslan emphasized that she wants to create diversity in her career and that she wants to appear in front of the audience with a different role each time.

Talking about the working conditions on the set of the TV series, his relationships with the team and his co-stars, his interest in his character, how he was prepared for the role, the sources and readings he used, Arslan answered the questions from the participants. The interview, which attracted great interest from the participants, ended with a question and answer session.
