We Interviewed Our Graduate Interior Architect Berkay Kumaş on Youtube Channel

Interior Architecture and Environmental Design Department graduate, Interior Architect Berkay Fabric, produces Youtube content that focuses on the interior architecture profession. He answered our questions about the Youtube channel named "Berkay Kumaş ".
 
Can you tell us a little bit about the process of starting a YouTube channel? When did you open it and what was your motivation for opening this channel?
In 2015, when I decided to study Interior Architecture, I did a lot of research. The information I found as a result of my research was very inadequate and boring. Then I thought and if I shared the knowledge and experience I gained in the process of studying Interior Architecture, I could inform my future colleagues and help the right people choose this department. Because studying the Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design can become a big problem when the person cannot directly match with himself.
 
What are you basically aiming for in your channel?
The main purpose of my channel is to contribute to raising a next generation towards the profession of Interior Architecture. Apart from that, I also include them on my channel because I enjoy sharing my hobbies. Since my hobbies are generally related to my profession, it does not create any complexity in the channel.
