The Book of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design Department 1st Year Student Suat Akyel's "Escape" is Out!
Suat Akyel's first year student of Istanbul Gelisim University Fine Arts Faculty Interior Architecture and Environmental Design Department, "Escape", published by Direct Publishing, is on sale.
Our student answered our questions about his adventure as a writer and his first novel, Kaçış.
What was the first book you read? Does it have a special meaning for you, and if so, what is it?
I can say that the book named Love Between Two Minarets: Mihrimah and Sinan, written by Mürvet Sarıyıldız, is the first book I remember. The mention of the name Mimar Sinan, which I admire, gave my attention to the book. I was very impressed by the author's writing down of Sinan's love for Mihrimah in such a plain and plain language.
