IGU Gökçe Uzgören Visited Marmara University Urban Sociology Seminar
Gökçe Uzgören, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design, was a guest lecturer at the Urban Sociology Seminars organized by Marmara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Local Administrations.
Gökçe Uzgören, Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design at Istanbul Gelisim University (IGU) Faculty of Fine Arts (GSF), Assoc. Dr. Yasemin Çakırer made a presentation on "Relationship between Neighborhood Markets and Publicity in Urban Daily Life" at the Urban Sociology Seminars moderated by Özservet.
Gökçe Uzgören, who gave a narrative on the potential of the neighborhood markets as public spaces in Istanbul in terms of sociality-based publicity, also talked about the changes in the use of shopping spaces during the pandemic period.
