The results of the 2020-2021 Academic Year CAP will be announced on our website on Monday, 10 August 2020.

The registration of our students who have the right to register for the DAP will be done online.

For Principal Candidate Registration, an SMS will be sent to the active mobile numbers of our students registered in the OBIS system, and a registration confirmation mail will be requested from their student e-mail addresses between Monday, August 10, 2020 and Thursday, August 13, 2020. The main candidates who do not send a confirmation e-mail until Thursday, August 13, 2020, 23:59 will be deemed to have waived their right to enroll, and substitute candidates will be able to register on Friday, August 14, 2020 – Saturday, August 15, 2020. An SMS will be sent to the substitute candidates who have the right to register, and a registration confirmation e-mail will be requested from their student e-mail addresses between Friday, 14 August 2020 and Saturday, 15 August 2020.

Since SMS notification will be made, if your registered number in the system is not up to date, you need to update your mobile phone number via OBIS. Students whose OBIS is closed should update their phone numbers by contacting oidb@gelisim.edu.tr.
The registration confirmation form will be sent to the students who have the right to register, from their student numbered e-mail addresses and they will be asked to return from the same e-mail address. If you do not know your university e-mail address with student number or if you have forgotten your password, you can get information by clicking here to get information.

DIAMETER APPROACH AND COURSES

The adjustment procedures of the students who are accepted to the double major program are prepared by the adjustment commissions and notified to the student affairs department with the decision of the relevant administrative board.

In the adjustment process, the lesson plans of the student in all semesters of the major diploma program and the double major program are compared in two columns side by side, and all the courses that the student will be exempted from in the double major program and that they will take during the double major program are determined. In double major adjustment procedures, the student's class and semester in the major diploma program are taken as basis.

If there is an internship that is not specified in the curriculum of the major and double major programs but is compulsory, how these internships will be done or how they will be adjusted is specified in the adjustment form.

Even if the compulsory and elective courses (such as Social Electives, Non-Departmental Electives, Technical Electives etc.) to be taken from the major during the double major program are not taken, these situations are clearly indicated during the adjustment program if they are to be counted towards the double major program. The adaptation program, which is made when the student starts a double major, is followed during the double major education. During the student's double major education, no change can be made in the first adjustment program unless the President's approval is obtained.

A student can never count a course taken in a double major program as equivalent to a course in a major program. The student must take all the courses in the major program from his/her major.

In order for the students enrolled in the double major program to complete these programs, they must have passed all the compulsory and elective courses that are required to be taken in the double major program according to the adjustment procedures.

The total course load of the student in the major and double major programs in a semester cannot exceed 60 ECTS. The student must first take the courses in the lower semester and in the class and cannot register for the courses that overlap in the weekly course schedules.
