Istanbul Gelisim University (IGU) students can apply for both learning mobility and internship mobility within the scope of the Erasmus+ Programme. Learning mobility activity is a student who is registered in a higher education institution (whether Turkish citizen or not) carries out a part of his education in a higher education institution abroad, which is a partner with a bilateral agreement. The activity period covers a period between 3 and 12 months, which can be completed within the same academic year. The monthly grant amounts determined for learning mobility are determined according to the living standards of 27 EU countries.
Students can also benefit from Erasmus+ internship mobility, which is prepared by participating in workplace practices in European Union member countries. Students can participate in Erasmus+ internship activities in private and public institutions and organizations, education, and research centers. It is the student's responsibility to determine the internship and the institution to be accepted.
Application Conditions
There may be differences in the application requirements for each academic year. Therefore, current conditions are stated in the announcement text for the relevant academic year. However, the general principles are listed below:

The student must be at least a sophomore in the period of participation in the program and have at least 30 ECTS equivalent courses before graduation,

Having a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of at least 2.20/4.00 at the Associate/Undergraduate level, and at least 2.50/4.00 at the Masters and Doctorate levels.
Note: Students who will participate in the mobility must be full-time and have a course load that can follow 30 ECTS (ECTS) credits for the semester they will study.
