The "Emerging Scholar Award," to be presented at the 19th International Conference on Interdisciplinary Social Sciences, is given to young academicians continuing their postgraduate education. Among the recipients of this award, which includes academicians pursuing doctoral studies in communication from countries such as England, Spain, the United States, Colombia, and India, is Res. Asst. Ayten Bengisu Cansever from Turkey.
Engaged in active research on the designated theme for each conference, Cansever, within the scope of the "Emerging Scholar Award" given to postgraduate students and young academicians, will successfully undertake important tasks such as moderating parallel sessions, providing technical assistance, and presenting research papers.
Cansever will also present a poster titled "A Historical Analysis of Communication Sciences in the Context of Social Sciences: Theoretical Evolution and Interpretive Perspectives" at the conference. This work focuses on the historical development of communication sciences within the context of social sciences, delving into theoretical evolution and interpretive perspectives.
