 To the Attention of International Students


Pursuant to the relevant official letter of the Council of Higher Education in Turkey, the deadline for submitting registration documents in the 2020-2021 Academic Year for those who have not submitted them yet has been extended from 15 December 2020 to 31 March 2021 due to the pandemic. The university registration of those who do not submit their documents until 31 March 2021 will be cancelled.

REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS
 
1. Notarized translation of passport (It is required passports in other languages, not in English and Turkish)
 
2. Original diploma
 
3. Notarized translation of the diploma (Required for diplomas in languages other than English or Turkish)
 
4. Original transcript of academic records
 
5. Notarized translation of the transcript of academic records (Required for transcripts in languages other than English or Turkish)
 
6. Certificate of equivalence (It can be obtained from TR Directorate of National Education or embassies
   
 *The students can get an online appointment for the certificate of equivalence by clicking the link below.

7. Residence permit

     * (Photocopy of the residence permit for those students who reside in Turkey)
     * (Students residing abroad must apply for a residence permit in Turkey at the end of pandemic period)

8. If any, photocopy of the Blue Card given by Republic of Turkey, Temporary Protection Identification Document or the Republic of Turkey Identity Card (Your original ID card shall be controlled by the Directorate of Student Affairs when you submit the original document)
