**Registration for Undergraduate (lateral) Transfers for the Fall Semester of the 2024-2025 Academic Year**
Undergraduate transfer registrations will be conducted from Wednesday, August 7, 2024, to Friday, August 16, 2024, on weekdays between 08:30 and 17:00 at our university's Rectorate, Student Affairs Department.
Applications for undergraduate transfers under the Central Placement (Base Score) category will be canceled, even if announced, if they violate the regulations, including those of students who attempt a second lateral transfer under Additional Article 1 (Base Score).
Students can only make one undergraduate transfer as per Additional Article 1. (Students who have already made a transfer as per Additional Article 1 before the relevant application period cannot transfer again.) However, students who have transferred under this article may return to the higher education institution where they originally gained admission through the ÖSYS central placement results in subsequent application periods.
**Documents Required for Final Registration**
- Application form (can be printed from the online application preview screen)
- Transcript
- Disciplinary record
- Student certificate
- ÖSYS result document (official document indicating ÖSYS score)
- ÖSYS placement result document (official document indicating ÖSS scores)
- 2 photographs
- Document stating there are no obstacles to the lateral transfer
- If transferring from evening to day education, a document showing the student was in the top 10% of their class
**Note:**
Students must bring the original documents during registration. E-Government printouts and documents with QR codes are accepted.
