Istanbul Gelisim University, Faculty of Fine Arts Department of Cinema and Television students have visited the headquarters of Cinema Television Union at Şişli under the guidance of Department Head of Cinema and Television, Associate Professor Dr. M. Sevtap Aytuğ.  The students of Istanbul Gelisim University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Cinema and Television Department have attended the panel named “Cinma and Festivals as an Industry” within the scope of Sixth Boğaziçi Film Festival under the guidance of Department Head Associate Professor Dr. M. Sevtap Aytuğ.

 The leading actors in the film are Bülent Emin Yarar, Orhan Aydın, Erdal Sarı, Yetkin Dikinciler and Canan Ergüder and it is one of the films competing in National Branch at Sixth Boğaziçi Film Festival.

Kaos is directed and written by Semir Aslanyürek and its subject is as follows:
The destinies of Suleyman, who took his revenge from the local leader who caused his grandfather’s death; Sheikh Abdullah, who tried to escape with his blind followers from the highwaymen but who betrayed them on the way; and Saffet, who tests his wife with lust after returning from military mobilization. These three people, who do not know each other, are hiding in the same cave because of the storm while escaping the sins they have committed. While they wait to die in the cave of which all the exits are closed due to landslide, these three sinners begin the reckoning with their consciences.

Students had the opportunity to meet Nuri Bilge Ceylan and Ebru Ceylan, two of the most important names of contemporary Turkish Cinema.
