It has been decided that students who apply and are accepted to the Presidential National Internship Program (USP) must fill out the Internship Application Form of Istanbul Gelişim University Faculty of Fine Arts with their internship start dates.
According to the directive, it is underlined that Summer Internship applications must be made 15 days before the internship starts.
Summer Internships can be done during the Summer term and this period begins with the end of the Spring term and ends with the beginning of the Fall term.
It has been decided that students applying for summer school should schedule their summer internships before or after summer school.
It has been decided that the student doing the summer internship should be supervised by a competent architect or interior designer with 5 years of experience.
In the Summer Internship application document, if the owner of the company is not an architect/interior architect, it has been decided to request the signature of an architect or interior designer with 5 years of experience within the company.
Internship notebooks must be filled out on a computer, and the texts and images in the internship notebooks must be related to each other and belong to the day they were completed. It has been decided that all images and texts should be included on the letterhead of the specified internship day.
It has been decided that the texts describing an internship day in the internship notebook should be at least 60 words.
All pages representing the internship days must be signed and stamped by the supervising architect/interior architect. It cannot be added to the internship book after it is signed and stamped.
It has been decided that internship visuals cannot be provided separately.
It has been decided that the internship data sheet (stay social fişi) must be submitted in a sealed envelope, closed, sealed, and initialed by the employer.
The internship notebook must be submitted within 1 month after the end of the internship.
