Subject: Natural Coloring

After a general briefing on the culinary discipline, the natural coloring processes, which were the subject of the first session, were explained to the children. Learning to make green and red colors from spinach and beets in accordance with the theme, the children prepared green and red cookies using molds of different shapes. At the end of the session, the students, who tasted, had the opportunity to experience the feeling of something they produced with their own handiwork.

Support for the Project from Volunteer Students

The students of the Department of Radio, Television and Cinema and the students of the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department participated in the project voluntarily and contributed to the children's having a pleasant time.
