Lecturer Kerem Yükseloğlu's Film Project Accepted to M2 Film Lab 2022 Script Development Workshop

Istanbul Gelisim University (IGU), Faculty of Fine Arts (GSF), Department of Radio, Television and Cinema Lecturer Kerem Yükseloğlu’s feature film project "I Lost My Way" has been accepted to M2 Film Lab 2022 Script Development Workshop.

M2 Film Lab is a platform that provides support to filmmakers in Turkey in the field of scenario and project development. This year, 92 applications were made to the scenario development workshop, which filmmakers working on their first or second feature film can apply. Previously, he worked on the short film projects of The Hotel of Coincidences (2014), The Broken Time (2016), The Wind Will Take Us (2018), The Bohemian Rhapsody (2021), One Direction (2022). Lecturer Kerem Yükseloğlu was accepted to the M2 Film Lab Script Development Workshop with his first feature project "I Lost My Way", produced by İpek Erden.

Having won awards and support with his short film projects before, Lecturer Kerem Yükseloğlu shared his thoughts on the acceptance of the project to the workshop:

“We are very happy with this news. It is an honor to have one of the projects I have been working on included in this selection. I look forward to where this journey with İpek Erden will take us and what it will bring us. I will continue to work on, produce and tell my other stories.”

Producer İpek Erden and screenwriter/director Kerem Yükseloğlu will attend the workshop, which will take place in two sessions on September 8-12 and November 18-20, with "I Lost My Way", which is among the nine projects selected for M2 Film Lab's Script Development Workshop.

While the script development sessions will be open only to selected project teams, free registration will be received as the deadlines for the cinema talks and case studies.
