Lecturer Hatice Özlem Yeşildal completed her undergraduate education in 1996 at Trakya University, Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Department of Architecture. In 1998, she was appointed as a research assistant at the Department of Architecture, Building Elements at the same university. After her undergraduate education, she continued her graduate studies at Trakya University, Institute of Science, Department of Architecture. She graduated in 2001 by successfully defending her master's thesis titled “Quality and Standardization in Brick and Walls”. After the completion of her master's thesis, she started her doctorate program, completed her courses at Yıldız Technical University, defended her doctoral thesis titled "The Evaluation of the Recommended Heat Loss Calculation Methods for Thermal Bridges in Terms of Climate Conditions and Building Constructions of Our Country" and graduated in 2006 and received her doctorate.
As of March 2003, the job transfer was made to the Istanbul Directorate of Public Works and Settlement. She worked in the project unit and production branches of the directorate and worked as the “Construction Branch Manager” for two years.
Among the works in which he carries out supervision services; are AKOM- Istanbul Disaster Crisis Center, Eyüp Health Center Construction, Büyükçekmece Tepekent Türkoba Primary School, Silivri Kamiloba Primary School, Bahçelievler Gen. Eşref Bitlis Primary School, Bahçelievler Kemal Hasoğlu High School, Zeytinburnu Faruk Timurtaş Primary School. School building construction, Sultanahmet Land Registry Regional Directorate repair construction, Kemerburgaz Social Rehabilitation Center construction, and Anatolian Side Justice Building construction between 2007-2009.
Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design & Interior Architecture Lecturer Hatice Özlem Yeşildal shared her thoughts on her role in the department as follows:
“Especially in the last 10 years, thanks to the breakthroughs of foundation universities in our country, many more students have had the chance to receive a university education and gain a sense of belonging. Among the foundation universities, Istanbul Gelişim University is one of the universities that stand out with its education quality and prestige. I am also very proud to share my experiences gained from my academic studies and active work in the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization with the students of the Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design at our university. I do not doubt that we will undertake much greater work with the support of you, our esteemed administrators, lecturers, research assistants, and students.”
