The board of directors and members of the Interior Architecture Club, which is the student club of Istanbul Gelişim University Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design, Interior Architecture and Environmental Design (English) departments, have been updated. The president of the club, which aims to continue its work rapidly in the new period, was determined as 3rd Year Interior Architecture student Tuğçe Demir.
The general purpose of Student Clubs is to assist students in their extracurricular social, cultural, artistic and personal development. Students improve their organizational skills, communication and teamwork competencies through the activities they organize within the clubs, learn by trying every stage of project management and develop their communication networks. Thanks to the activities they carry out during their education, students collaborate with various companies and take the first steps for their future.
The Interior Architecture Club was founded in December 2019, as a result of the work of the students of Istanbul Gelişim University (IGU) Faculty of Fine Arts (GSF) Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design (İÇM), under the coordination of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design Department Head Asst. Prof. Dr. Zerrin Funda Ürük, Department of Health, Culture and Sports. It started its activities under the Presidency. As of the 2021 Fall Term, the new managers of the club, whose board of directors has been renewed, are as follows:

Club President, 3rd year Interior Architecture and Environmental Design student Tuğçe Demir's opinions are as follows:
“As the Interior Architecture Club, our aim is to enable our members to adapt to business life more easily by organizing events and programs together. Additionally, we are considering planning symposiums and excursions, depending on the possibilities. As the closest example of this, we can exchange information with our former graduates. I believe that we will do good work together in this direction.”
