Res. Asst. Gökçe Uzgören presented her master's thesis at the “Thesis Desk” event organized by İlhan Tekeli Urban Culture Foundation and Kadir Has University Istanbul Studies AUM.
Res. Asst.. Gökçe Uzgören presented his undergraduate thesis which is awarded the title "Airbnb as a Global Factor Triggering Gentrification: The Case of Kadıköy Rasimpaşa Neighborhood", which was deemed remarkable by the jury in the National Thesis Award Competition organized by the İlhan Tekeli Urbanism Culture Foundation and completed in 2018 at Yıldız Technical University, Institute of Science and Technology.
In the “Thesis Desk” event organized by İlhan Tekeli Urban Culture Foundation and Kadir Has University Istanbul Studies Research and Application Center, lecturers and researchers from different universities in Turkey and the world presented their comments and criticisms to the presented theses.
Bürge Elvan Erginli, who won the first prize in the doctoral category of the thesis award competition, and Büşra Gezer, the owner of another remarkable master's thesis, also presented their studies at the event.
